Welcome to the Pakistan Association Dubai (PAD) website. By accessing or using our online services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read these terms carefully.

By using PAD Online Services (Membership, contribution, Event participation, etc.) You agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

PAD reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified terms and agreement to abide by and be bound by them.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Service.

When you create an account with PAD, you must always provide us with accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PAD and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of PAD.

PAD may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PAD, Its agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from
(i) your use or inability to use the Service;
(ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
(iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service;
(iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party;
(v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service; and/or
(vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

These Terms shall be governed and construed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
