Ramadan 2024

This Holy Month, we are dedicated to supporting those who need a helping hand. Like every year, the PAD Welfare Team is designing initiatives to support deserving individuals in light of the Holy Month.
Here's how to support Pakistan Medical Centre
Watch the power of your Zakat at work. Meet Naseer Khan, a PMC patient who found hope at Pakistan Medical Centre. Diagnosed with diabetes, Naseer first received support at our medical camps and later underwent treatment by Dr. Zia ul Hasan at PMC. His story is a testament to the life-changing impact of your donations. This Ramadan, donate your Zakat to PMC and help us support many more like Naseer Khan.

Call 04 2305000 or 054 7926620 to donate. Together, let's make a difference in the lives of those in need.

PAD's Eid Gift Distribution Spreads Joy and Generosity
On Saturday, March 23rd, Pakistan Association Dubai (PAD) orchestrated a heartwarming Eid Gift Distribution event, ushering in the spirit of generosity ahead of Eid-Al-Fitr this year. Held at the Pakistan Auditorium from 10am to 5pm, the event witnessed the fulfilment of little dreams and wishes as hundreds of deserving children were presented with clothes, toys, food items, hygiene products, shoes, and educational materials as early Eid gifts. A total of 386 children received these thoughtful gifts.

The event was made possible through the unwavering support of the PAD Ladies Forum, whose dedication to organising this seamless activity was commendable. Mr Zahid Hassan, PAD General Secretary, expressed gratitude, stating, "We are grateful to the Ladies Forum for playing an important role in putting today’s activity together. Mr. Faisal Sunka, PAD Welfare Director, expressed gratitude for the community's support, stating, "We conduct this joyous activity each year, and it was heartening to witness people coming together to support deserving members of our community. Eid is an occasion where we should remember, in our celebrations, those individuals with limited means."

As part of PAD's annual Ramadan Welfare Campaign, efforts have been underway to distribute 1500+ food packages to deserving families. Additionally, daily community iftar meals have been provided at the local Pakistani Mosque in Oud Metha. Efforts to support the repatriation of 200+ prisoners in collaboration with local law enforcement authorities have also been initiated. Furthermore, we remain grateful to the community for their generous contributions and Zakat towards providing affordable medical care at Pakistan Medical Centre (PMC).
