Mr. Haroon Rasheed is a seasoned businessman and has been a resident of UAE since 2001. His two decades of experience spans in the advertising and the engineering sector. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Lahore and currently runs a local business in the electrical, civil and the contracting industry. Haroon has been a member of PAD since 2006 and got involved in its administrative affairs in the recent years. He was appointed as a cultural secretary in 2018 and was instrumental in holding mega events for the association with a strong belief that culture plays an important role in bringing people closer to its roots. 

Giving back to the community in any form is a principle he lives by and wishes to contribute to PAD through his networks and skills.
