Pakistan Youth Forum has come up with an exciting, first of its kind initiative called the Pakistan Youth Digest for Pakistani students in the UAE. Pakistan Youth Digest is a fun student magazine that will feature the work of student writers, poets and artists. Our goal is to highlight Pakistani students’ work on a formal platform and promote the concept of reading and writing among the younger community. As part of this initiative, we are looking for student editors that are passionate about writing and/or looking for a career in media, journalism or content production. We have a team of experts who will train and mentor the students to run the magazine and develop the skills needed in the professional world.
Below are the requirements for student editors to become part of the PYD team: • Strong grasp of the English language (preferably some sample essays/blogs they have written) • Good academic performance (as an indication of level of commitment) • Willing to get hands on experience in writing/editing on a professional level as part of their college/career plans.
