Leaders & Teachers Training Workshop

Pakistan Association Dubai organized two teachers training sessions for the professional development of the teachers as well as the school leaders on 8th June 2019.



Mrs. Momina Riaz and Mrs.Saima Umer conducted the wonderful workshop on Leadership and frame work 2019 by Ministry of Education ,the school Improvement plan and the International Benchmarks of students assessment.



Ms. Nazish Sheikh the British Educationist highlighted the importance of effective lesson planning and its implementation in the classroom. She emphasized that proper lesson planning and differentiation are map and guide for the teachers to organize their time and resources. She said it would help the students to achieve their intended learning outcomes. Good planning ensures effective teaching learning and assessment



The chief guest H.E. Mr. Ahmad Amjad Ali the Counsel General of Pakistan distributed the certificates of participation and awarded the presenters with shields. He emphasized the continuous teachers training programs for the professional development of the teachers and the school leaders.



He applauded and congratulated Pakistan Association Dubai for very successful teachers training sessions. He congratulated PAD for organizing such a successful teachers training workshop and announced to increase the salaries of teachers under Pakistan Consulate. He assured his support to Pakistani community schools through Pakistan Association Dubai and head of Education and will work closely with Mrs.Samina Nasir Head of Education Committee of PAD. Dr. Faisel Ikram President of PAD was also present at the occasion.



Mrs.Samina Nasir the head of Education Committee pledged to continuously organize such sessions to support Pakistani schools to ensure and improve the quality of education across UAE.



Such type of workshops are proving highly instrumental in enhancing the teaching skills of the teachers and mostly Pakistani schools are on the right track and coming in acceptable category according to the different inspection reports of Government educational authorities.

Total 17 Pakistanis and International schools participated in the sessions across the UAE.
