Pakistan Association Dubai Launches “Legal Clinic”

As part of activities to commemorate “Year of Zayed”, Pakistan Association Dubai launches “Legal Clinic” to provide free legal advisory service to its community members.

The initiative is taken by the Welfare Committee of Pakistan Association Dubai. The committee has been observing need of professional and affordable legal advisory services to the community and at several occasions has been approached by the fellow countryman who cannot afford to resolve their issues due to lack of knowledge or resources. PAD has been accommodating such requests by providing free advisory and other resources with the help of our professional team.

Now there is a specific team of professional who have come forward to support this initiative on volunteer basis as a regular event under the title of “Legal Clinic” to be held on every Saturday between 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the premises of Pakistan Association Dubai, Street 11b, Oud Mehta Road, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. (Prior appointments are preferred at 009714-3373632, however, Walk-Ins may also be accommodated)

The Legal Clinic aims to raise the community’s awareness about their legal rights and obligations under the laws of UAE pertaining to;

• Value Added Tax (VAT)

• Corporate Laws

• Immigration

• Labour

The team consists of seasoned professionals in the relevant fields.
