Tolerance unite us

A colorful brunch event “Tolerance unites us” was organized by Dubai Police in collaboration with Community Development Authority on 8th November at the Pakistan Association in Dubai.

Capt. Salah Fadhil Al Mazroi from Dubai Police was the chief guest of the occasion.

Over twenty five nationalities participated in the activity adorning their national dresses and costumes displaying the beauty of UAE culture. The aim was to spread tolerance and show solidarity amongst the variety of communities residing in the UAE.

The event was a run up to the solidarity walk that would be taking place in City Walk on UAE’s National Day. On the eve of the occasion Dr Faisel Ikram , President PAD said “UAE is a melting pot of cultures and it’s heartening to see how people from different communities have joined arms in harmony and cooperation”.

The participants showed their commitment by chanting,

Tolerance unites us,التسامح – يجمعنا in one voice.
